Loans - Lender Analytics (Current)

My Role

Loan Analytics Redesign

As the product designer, I led the redesign of the Loan Analytics experience. I created a scalable design system in Figma and improved how users track and understand their loan activity. The goal was to make the experience simple, trustworthy, and easy to navigate.

The Challenge

Original Loan Analytics Experience

The original loan analytics were outdated and unclear, leaving users without insight into activity, returns, or repayments. Both sides needed a simpler, modern view of their money.

The Solution

Lenders + Borrower Loan Analytics

  • Lenders track total lent, returns, and borrower history

  • Borrowers see active loans, repayments, and history

  • Filters enable sorting by status, repayment, or borrower

  • Return summaries and tooltips provide clear context

  • Empty states guide users with no active loans

The 'Loans Funded' tab shows no active loans, while the 'Loan Status' section highlights one active loan for Clarissa K. with details including requested amount, lender tip, due in 14 days, and reason for loan 'Rent'. The app has a bottom menu with icons for Market, Activity, Loans, Wallet, and Profile.

Design Elements

Updating the UI and overall experience.

Leveraging a custom design system I developed from the ground up, I enhanced both the UI and UX of the loan analytics experience. The redesigned interface significantly improved data clarity and enabled users to navigate their analytics with greater ease and confidence.
